|Recommended: YesQuiet Community — The community is quiet, office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean. Events going on. I only wish they had more events at night as I still work. I would love to participate. Overall great community.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, our apartment is above our expectations, the amenities and recreational activities are well suited to the needs of a 55 and above community. Many thanks and kudo's to everyone who makes this a positive experience.

The grounds are kept clean, lawns feels like a carpet. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to live. Seneca checks all the right boxes for me

The Activities Department keeps us active with social and fitness options. The Maintenance Department has been prompt to respond to the few minor issues we encountered on move-in. Highly recommend this lovely community.
